Schema audit time
automated vs. manual
“We were ranking fine on Google but completely invisible to ChatGPT and Perplexity. The audit found our robots.txt was blocking GPTBot and we had no FAQ schema. Fixed both in a day and started seeing citations within a week.”
Rohit K.
SEO Lead, B2B SaaS — Bangalore
“We manage SEO for 40+ clients and had no way to prove AI visibility impact. Now every monthly report includes ChatGPT citation scores alongside Google rankings. That one feature justified switching from our old stack.”
Priya A.
Director, Digital Agency — Mumbai
“We kept losing deals to competitors showing up in ChatGPT. After running the audit, we realized our structured data was 3 years outdated. Updated schemas, added FAQ blocks, and within 30 days we were the top-cited brand in our category.”
Vikram S.
Founder, EdTech Startup — Delhi
See which questions ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity answer with your brand — and which ones they answer with your competitors.
Last year I typed my client's name into ChatGPT and asked it to recommend tools in their space. Not a single mention. I spent a week digging and found out their entire structured entity graph was invisible to the retrieval model. That's when I built this — a daily audit that watches across five AI engines and tells you, in plain language, exactly where you're being cited and where you're being skipped.
You can't rank what you can't measure. Traditional SEO tools look at keyword positions on a search results page — but ChatGPT doesn't show you a list of blue links. So I built something that watches the AI engines themselves, tracking how they reference your brand in real conversations.
| Agent | Query | Status | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT-4o | best budget Shopify theme India | Succeeded | 84% |
| Gemini-3.5-Pro | top logistics integrations Shopify | Disputed | 45% |
| Perplexity-Sonar | automated invoice plugins Shopify | Succeeded | 92% |
| Claude-4.5-Sonnet | Shopify payments gateway comparisons | Omitted | 0% |
| Entity Profile | Citation Rate | Semantic Depth |

See your citation rate vs. competitors side by side. Know exactly which brands AI recommends more — and why.
We analyzed 25,000 websites and found pages with comprehensive Organization and FAQ structured data were cited 2.3× more often in our dataset. AI engines don't play favorites; they rely heavily on structured entity data. If your competitor has ten times the citation density and clean schema markup, the model sees them as the safer answer.
So I built a tool that maps exactly where your competitor is getting cited that you're not. It lists out every forum, directory, and resource the model is pulling from — so you've got a clear list of gaps to close, not a vague sense that you're losing.
Get a ready-to-paste JSON-LD fix for every schema gap we find. No developer required.
Turns out we had the wrong schema type on our homepage. We were marked as "WebPage" when we should have been "SoftwareApplication." That one change — plus wiring up some Wikidata references — flipped our AI citation rate from under 15% to over 65% in about four weeks. It's not magic. The models just need clear signals to know what you are.
I built a schema builder that checks your existing markup, tells you what's wrong, and generates the correct JSON-LD for your business type. No guesswork, no docs-reading — just the tags the models actually need to categorize you properly.
From 0% cited to 42% cited in 30 days — here's the trend line.
If you're putting budget into GEO, you should be able to see the return. That's why we wired the citation tracking directly to Search Console data — so you can watch your branded search volume climb alongside your AI mentions.
Which sources do AI engines trust? and is your brand cited there?
Our dataset of 120,000 AI queries shows that Reddit and Wikipedia alone account for 58% of all informational citations in ChatGPT and Perplexity. If your brand isn't referenced from these authoritative nodes, you're invisible to the retrieval layer — even if your Google ranking is fine.
We scan the exact citation networks each engine uses and surface where your brand shows up — and where your competitors are mentioned instead. Then we tell you exactly which sources to target to close the gap.
Your competitors are showing up in ChatGPT.
Here's what they have that you don't.
Every day your brand isn't cited in AI search, a competitor is getting recommended instead. Most brands don't realize they're invisible until they lose a deal over it. Our audit shows you exactly what your competitors have — and what you need to fix.
They have schema markup
Organization, FAQPage, and Product schema tell AI engines who they are and what they sell. Most brands we audit have zero structured data.
They let AI crawlers in
GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot are often blocked by default robots.txt settings. Your competitors fixed this. Have you?
They have citation networks
Mentions on Wikipedia, Reddit, LinkedIn, and industry publications tell AI engines these brands are trustworthy. If you have none, AI won't cite you.

From what I've seen across dozens of audits, three things go wrong most often:
Missing Structured Schemas
If your site uses a generic schema type or none at all, the model cannot tell what you do. A SaaS company marked as "WebPage" gets treated like a blog post — not a product worth recommending.
Topical Authority Gaps
AI models build confidence from breadth. If you've written one article about a topic and your competitor has twenty interlinked pieces, the model picks the one that looks like a real authority.
Citation Graph Parity
Models check who's citing you across the web — forums, directories, press mentions. Your competitor gets referenced in ten places; you're in two. The math is simple: the model goes with the safer bet.
Conversational Query
INPUTUser queries ChatGPT: "What is the best SEO tracking software in India?"
Semantic Retrieval
MATCHRetrieval model pulls matching vector chunks, prioritizing sources that supply robust structured metadata.
Entity Validation
VERIFICATIONVerification pipeline parses co-citations, verifying business location, authority, and sitemap indices.
Cited Recommendation
OUTCOMESynthesized model formats output recommendations, injecting cited backlinks directly back to your domain.
