We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If GenerativeSEO does not meet your team's needs or if you are unsatisfied with our AI search tracking and site auditing capabilities, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, simply email our billing team at mail@generativeseo.in. After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing cycles.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, navigate to your billing dashboard within the platform and click the "Cancel Subscription" button, or contact us at mail@generativeseo.in. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), allowing you full access to your plan's limits. No cancellation fees or penalties apply, and your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.

All transactions, subscriptions, and payouts are processed securely through Razorpay over SSL encryption. GenerativeSEO does not store, inspect, or process your raw credit card or bank credentials. Refunds, once approved, are processed by Razorpay and typically reflect in your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
