THE MISSION

As a Growth Protocol Lead, you will be the architect of our organic discovery engine. You will manage content-led growth and optimize conversion funnels across the entire GenerativeSEO ecosystem.

KEY PROTOCOLS

• Develop and execute full-funnel organic growth and SEO strategies.
• Own and manage the technical SEO roadmap, site architecture, and internal linking infrastructure.
• Optimize landing pages and content funnels for high-intent conversion and user retention.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build scalable growth loops and discovery features.
• Monitor SEO performance metrics, search trends, and competitor strategies to drive growth initiatives.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and user acquisition for B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, indexing, and on-page SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
